Momo Head Office: M. city Where Gen Z Thrives In a Dynamic Working Style

With the majority of the workforce belonging to the Gen Z generation, MoMo aimed to create a workplace that reflects the company's innovative spirit while fostering creativity, flexibility, and a young, lively atmosphere. In moving to the Phu My Hung Tower, MoMo intended to gather all its employees into one big site and reorganize the workplace to be more professional and productive while showcasing their technological prowess.

Inspired by the MoMo app, ADP created a concept that transforms the new office into a miniature city. The MoMo City is designed to be interactive, dynamic, and creative, with a road across the six floors that stimulates the feeling of crowded and energetic streets. The design is futuristic and playful, reflecting the company's focus on innovation and technology.

ADP created a flexible and open-plan layout that encourages movement and intentional discovery. The curved pink lighting ceiling and road with signboards lead employees from one space to another, adding a rich sense of innovation and technology. The collaborative areas are diverse, providing ample opportunities for open discussion, standing areas, and other innovative ideas. With a huge area spent on collaborative zones, MoMo employees feel connected with each other and the company, no matter what floor they're on.

MoMo's new office is not just a place to work but also to have fun and feel joyful. ADP added various leisure spaces, including a coffee station in the open workspace, a bar, a billiard competition in the entertainment room, and a music contest in the multifunctional space. With this flexibility, employees can find the ideal place to work, grow, and thrive while enjoying their work-life balance.

The MoMo City project won recognition and success, earning a spot in the Architect Design Catalogue with the Asia Pacific Property Awards. In collaboration with MoMo, ADP successfully built a dynamic, energetic, and high-tech city that aligns with the company's culture while inspiring and attracting young talents.
