Heineken Vietnam is a successful joint venture between SATRA and HEINEKEN, which is the world’s most international brewer. The company has a proud history of over 30 years - growing from the first brewery in Ho Chi Minh City in 1991 to 6 nationwide with over 3,000 employees today.

The World of Heineken

To reflect the spirit of "Brewing the Joy of True Togetherness," ADP created The World of Heineken in the company's biggest Southeast Asia factory in Ba Ria Vung Tau Province. The three floors of the office building represent the journey of employees in the Heineken World, featuring an impressive reception, connecting space, and an Uncage Bar for celebrating team achievements.

The new office design reflects Heineken Vietnam's passion for brewing great beers for over 150 years, featuring all internationally renowned brands and local products across the office, especially in all collaborative areas. The new workplace principle supports hybrid work, promoting seamless workflow using the latest activity-based working model.

The Heineken Office fosters interaction and well-being with a huge pantry on the second floor where people can gather, discuss, and enjoy a great meal. The Uncage Bar on the third floor is the highlight of the office, providing a unique experience where employees and visitors can enjoy the "ever-fresh" product of Heineken.

Heineken Vietnam's commitment to sustainability and social responsibility is evident in the office design, using recyclable materials that fulfill the company's sustainable goals and enhance employees' health. The glass facade of the building optimizes energy consumption and natural light, and 100% of the waste and by-products are reused and/or recycled.

Heineken Vietnam's commitment to creating a dynamic and inspiring workplace has been recognized in the Asia Pacific Property Awards, where the company won an award in the Architecture Design category. The World of Heineken, created by ADP, is a testament to Heineken Vietnam's passion for brewing great beers and creating true togetherness.
