In a time when the world — and the workplace — is evolving rapidly, Castrol Vietnam is embracing transformation not just in how it operates, but in how it looks, feels, and supports its people. Located in the vibrant core of Ho Chi Minh City, along the Saigon River corridor, Castrol’s new office reintroduces the brand through space: dynamic, future-oriented, and deeply human.
Designed by ADP, the workplace is a physical reflection of Castrol’s global rebranding and its commitment to progress. It merges international excellence with Vietnamese authenticity, capturing the energy of a fast-moving city while grounding itself in culture and care.
The reimagined office is built around Castrol’s new global identity — one that champions performance, growth, and innovation. Yet it’s also unmistakably local. From the moment employees arrive, the space welcomes them with warmth, movement, and meaning.
The reception area sets the tone: bold yet approachable, with clean architectural lines and subtle nods to local craftsmanship. As the day unfolds, the experience of the office mirrors the city outside — active, expressive, and full of momentum.
Work settings are designed to support a wide range of daily activities. Whether it’s a morning coffee at the refreshment hub, a deep-focus session in a quiet booth, or a high-energy team huddle around the shared table zones, the layout adapts to both personal rhythm and team flow.
Each area of the office plays a specific role in supporting Castrol’s people and brand. The working zone is open, flexible, and designed to support mobility and interaction, while meeting rooms of various sizes provide structure and clarity for collaboration. Quiet zones — including multiple focus rooms and booths — are integrated throughout to support concentration without isolation.
Collaboration zones are positioned as energizing intersections, and the refreshment hub — generous in size and comfort — becomes a natural social anchor. Throughout the workplace, locally inspired materials and textures ground the modern design in a familiar, cultural context.
The environment feels distinctly Castrol — but also distinctly Vietnamese. It’s bold and fast-paced, but with moments of reflection. It’s innovative and open, yet crafted with care and subtlety.
Castrol’s commitment to progress extends beyond technology — it’s embedded in the materials and systems that shape the space. The design prioritizes reuse, with many pieces of furniture thoughtfully retained and integrated from the previous office.
Acoustic performance is carefully addressed with sound-insulated walls, glass partitions, and zoning that balances privacy and openness. Materials are locally sourced where possible — from An Cường wood to Dulux paint — reflecting a mindset of sustainability and community support.
The result is a workplace that feels fresh, responsible, and enduring.
The new Castrol Vietnam office is not simply a place to work — it’s a space to evolve. It brings to life the brand’s promise of always moving forward, of pushing boundaries while staying rooted in purpose. Through its design, it supports not only productivity, but also belonging, wellness, and pride.
By embracing both the brand’s global identity and the cultural pulse of Vietnam, ADP has crafted a space that reflects who Castrol is today — and who it’s becoming tomorrow.
