Invented for Life — Designed for People

At the heart of Thu Duc City, Bosch Vietnam’s new office at The METT Building is more than just a workspace — it’s a living expression of the company’s belief that technology should be “Invented for life.” Spanning 2,500 square meters across three floors, this project designed by ADP redefines what a modern office can be: adaptable, forward-thinking, and deeply connected to both people and purpose.

From engineers and product teams to leadership and collaborators, the space empowers Bosch employees to thrive — with flexibility, clarity, and a strong sense of belonging.

The Bosch Vietnam workplace unfolds across three carefully curated floors — each one tailored to different needs, yet seamlessly connected through a shared design language.

Level 7 serves as the operational foundation of the office. This floor brings together expansive workstations, technical rooms, and a dedicated lab area — all designed to support high-efficiency workflows while allowing space for focused individual work and agile teamwork. Integrated booths, focus rooms, and a multifunction townhall zone enable quick shifts between deep concentration and collaboration.

On Level 8, the experience shifts toward leadership and engagement. This floor houses the reception, boardroom, and flexible meeting spaces, offering a refined setting for strategic dialogue and key guest interactions. It maintains the energy of the brand while introducing a calm, composed atmosphere ideal for decision-making and high-level exchange.

Level 9 adds versatility and lightness to the ecosystem. With additional open seating, enclosed rooms, and a well-positioned pantry and collaboration area, it supports spontaneous meetings, casual conversations, and team-driven energy. The tone here is more relaxed, yet still intentional — reinforcing Bosch’s culture of flexibility and connection.

Together, the three floors work in harmony — supporting a wide range of activities while fostering comfort, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose.

At Bosch Vietnam, the workspace becomes a medium for storytelling. ADP’s design is inspired by the company’s global #LikeABosch campaign, using it to guide both layout logic and experiential design.

Zones are thoughtfully named and themed to align with core brand messages:

• “Grow with Bosch” speaks through learning and lab areas that support exploration.

• “Lead #LikeABosch” is reflected in polished spaces like the Brain Station — where strategy is shaped and performance is elevated.

• “Win #LikeABosch” comes alive in vibrant shared spaces like the Celebrate Hub, designed for connection and team celebration.

Every touchpoint reinforces a sense of identity — from collaboration booths with branded visuals to wall graphics and acoustic paneling that echo the brand’s modern, technical aesthetic.

Bosch’s emphasis on performance is matched by a deep attention to comfort. The METT building offers high ceilings, full-height glazing, and dual facades — features that ADP leveraged to deliver generous daylight, views, and natural airflow.

Acoustic comfort is woven throughout the space. Technical areas with potential noise impact are treated with appropriate soundproofing, including wrapped MEP elements and acoustically controlled collaboration zones. Meanwhile, visual and spatial clarity are maintained through logical zoning, smooth circulation, and a restrained material palette.

Where the building’s core presented challenges, such as dense columns and central mechanical placements, the design team responded with strategic layouts — turning constraints into opportunities to create rhythm, pockets of privacy, and distinct spatial identities.

Bosch Vietnam’s new workplace is a reflection of the company's global DNA, adapted for the local context. It’s not just an office — it’s a platform for people and performance. From the engineers in the lab to the leaders in the boardroom, every team member is supported by an environment that enables focus, encourages collaboration, and strengthens belonging.
