Located inside the iconic Flemington Tower, the design speaks to more than just aesthetics. It weaves together Prudential’s vision for the future with the local richness of Cho Lon — a historic district shaped by generations of Chinese-Vietnamese heritage.

Inspired by the timeless symbol of the lucky knot, the space carries a quiet message of unity, harmony, and long-lasting relationships. This cultural language flows through the workplace with soft lines, elegant textures, and a muted palette, resonating deeply with Prudential’s red ribbon — a symbol of connection and devotion.

The concept isn't decorative — it's foundational. It guides how people move, how they gather, and how they experience the workplace every day.

Every aspect of the space was considered with the user in mind. An open, energetic work zone brings people together in a fluid and flexible way, encouraging movement, collaboration, and freedom of choice.

Surrounding this hub are carefully curated spaces that allow for both focus and interaction. The client-closing lounge offers a calm, professional setting where meaningful conversations happen naturally, and trust is built through thoughtful design. Meeting and training rooms are placed intuitively, supporting everything from one-on-one discussions to group learning and leadership development.

At the center of it all is a warm, inviting pantry and lounge — the social heart of the office, where ideas are exchanged over coffee, and a sense of community quietly grows day by day.

Beyond how it looks, the space is designed to feel good. Natural light flows generously, while acoustic solutions and soft materials ensure comfort throughout. Structural elements like columns and angled corners, once seen as limitations, now define smaller, more intimate pockets that support different ways of working.
