Innovations in Rankings and Newcomers
This year, the rankings are divided into groups: Top 1, Top 10, Top 20, and Top 50, recognizing the efforts of businesses across different scales. Newcomers like Lego Manufacturing Vietnam, Imexpharm, and Capitaland Development Vietnam made their debut alongside familiar names like Unilever Vietnam, Vingroup, and PepsiCo Food Vietnam.
Unilever Vietnam retained its No. 1 position among large enterprises due to its philosophy of "people are the core of the business" and its open, sustainable workplace environment. Meanwhile, PepsiCo Food Vietnam continued to lead the medium enterprise category, recognized for its dynamic, creative workplace and attractive benefits.
ADP Group - Honored for Two Consecutive Years
This year, ADP Group continued its streak, being named among the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam in the medium enterprise category. This is the second consecutive year the company has earned this recognition, affirming its efforts to build an ideal work environment.
Comprehensive Survey Approach
The 2024 survey included over 65,000 employees and 700 businesses across 18 industries. Additionally, 253 CEOs and HR leaders participated in in-depth interviews, ensuring a holistic assessment.
The survey utilized the five-stage talent attraction model (awareness, interest, application, desire, and priority selection), helping companies identify strengths and weaknesses to refine strategies for attracting and retaining talent.
Significance of the Rankings
The Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam is an annual ranking endorsed by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The methodology is verified by Intage Vietnam, ensuring credibility and precision.
ADP Group, along with other recognized businesses, continues to set a positive example for Vietnam’s labor market, contributing to a vibrant and innovative workplace landscape.
