When a Relief Journey Becomes Our Own Story
For ADP Group (ADP x Space.s), this is not only a story about the people of Central Vietnam, it is also the story of our own team members whose families live in the heart of the flood zone, where daily life has been upended. Every call and every message from loved ones surrounded by rising waters made the spirit of solidarity feel more urgent and more heartfelt than ever.
As soon as the news reached us, ADP proactively reached out, checked in, and listened to each individual case to understand the situation clearly. Immediate support was provided to help stabilize the families of our staff during this difficult time. At the same time, we began mobilizing our wider community, team members, partners, and contractors to support the affected areas and help local residents regain part of their lives after the floods.
280 Million VND – 13,000 Essential Items – Coming Together to Deliver Compassion
After 10 days of fundraising, Space.s and ADP collected more than 13,000 essential items, including rice, dried food, cookware, hygiene supplies, notebooks, and school materials, which are carefully sorted and packed. These contributions amounted to 97 million VND from contractors and suppliers, alongside 183 million VND in cash drawn from ADP Group’s budget with additional support from our BOD and employees.
From this collective support, we focused our efforts on Thôn Tân Hòa, Xã Đồng Xuân, Đắk Lắk (formerly Phú Yên), one of the hardest-hit areas after the disaster:
-
430 households lost their homes
-
Prolonged power outages
-
Many areas remain far from recovery
Schools including Tân Hòa Primary School, Tân Vinh Primary & Secondary School, Tân Hòa Kindergarten, and Xuân Sơn Nam Kindergarten faced severe shortages of learning materials, personal supplies, and warm clothing. The road to school, once long and challenging, is now even harder for the children.

On the morning of December 4th, ADP & Space.s traveled hundreds of kilometers to reach Thôn Tân Hòa, where traces of the devastating flood remained visible on every roof, every dirt road, and in the eyes of residents still recovering after days of hardship.
The moment we arrived, we understood that our mission was not only to deliver supplies, but also to bring comfort, empathy, and encouragement—so that families could find strength to rebuild their lives..

Across the local schools, we delivered notebooks, school tools, and brand-new backpacks to nearly 700 students. Watching the children sit neatly in classrooms still marked by water stains, hugging their new backpacks, admiring the crisp pages of their notebooks, or cheering as they received their first toys after the flood… reminded us of how meaningful even the smallest joys can be. We believe these gestures will help make their journey to school a little less difficult.

We distributed 430 essential relief packages of rice, dried food, household supplies, hygiene items,...to the households most heavily affected. Many families shared that their homes had been washed away, their belongings lost, and electricity remained unstable after days of total darkness.
A bowed thank-you, a firm handshake, a smile still shadowed by worry, these moments left us deeply moved. "A little rice, a little supply… means a little more hope to rebuild."
Thanks to support from our contractor partners, the team also donated 10 solar-powered street lamps to help restore community lighting after the floods, partially replacing damaged infrastructure.

Sincere thanks to the ADP x Space.s team, our partners, and our contractors for walking alongside us, contributing with generosity, and uplifting this journey with all your hearts. Thank you for helping ADP Group carry forward the spirit of solidarity from the very first day of this initiative.
