Enhancing Work Efficiency and Inspiring Employees:
Recognizing the importance of people in sustainable development strategy, Prudential focuses on comprehensive investments in its workforce, starting with upgrading the workplace to a more modern and professional environment. The new office in District 7 has expanded in both space and advanced technology, integrated with various amenities nearby to ensure employees' comfort and well-being. Prudential not only cares about work efficiency but also prioritizes the employees' mental well-being during their work journey.
Starting from May 2023, Prudential officially moved its headquarters from District 8 to the central area of District 7, specifically at Phu My Hung Building, to promote business expansion and enhance flexible working models. With its longstanding sustainable development strategy, Phu My Hung Building was the appropriate choice for Prudential, being one of the LEED-certified Gold standard office towers for sustainable design, environmental friendliness, and green architecture.
Regarding the new office, Mr. Phuong Tien Minh - CEO of Prudential Vietnam, stated: "For us, people and corporate culture determine the success of sustainable development goals. The office at Phu My Hung with its completely transformed appearance compared to previous offices represents Prudential's declaration for a 'new chapter,' promising to bring even better experiences for customers through building a corporate culture foundation, investing in creative and modern workspace for employees."
Emphasizing Connection, Building a "Diverse - Harmonious - Fair" Culture:
With the desire to create an environment where employees can easily interact during work, the new office is designed with spacious open spaces. This approach strengthens the connectivity at Prudential, allowing its workforce to conveniently discuss work tasks, and increase bonding through shared activities such as entertainment, exchange, and team meetings.
The meeting area is designed to create a sense of closeness while maintaining privacy through transparent glass walls. Each floor is designed with its unique theme, ensuring a synchronized experience for all employees, sparking enthusiasm every time they come to work.
Prudential's Diversity - Inclusion - Equality culture is clearly depicted in the new office through multiple functional spaces that cater to the needs of its workforce. The expanded area at the District 7 office serves as a solid foundation to establish diverse work and rest areas, particularly optimized for female employees with young children. The office is also equipped with height-adjustable desks to enable employees to comfortably switch between sitting and standing postures as needed.
Maintaining the Company's "Green Culture," Prudential encourages employees to participate in waste segregation, reduce household waste by using personal cups instead of plastic ones, and bring packed lunches to work. This collective effort contributes to environmental protection through concrete and practical actions.
Redefining the Concept of "Office," Prudential expects its employees to balance life and work, enabling them to be ready to conquer new heights, contribute to creating a sustainable foundation for the company, and open up new chapters of development.
