Vietnam Excellence 2023: Announcing 17 Outstanding Exemplary Companies and Leaders
According to this, 17 businesses have achieved outstanding accomplishments in business transformation through human development and workplace environment, and they were honored by Vietnam Excellence 2023. Specifically, the Excellent HR Award 2023 recognizes excellent strategies and practices in human resource management, including the following companies: ACECOOK VIETNAM, BAT VIETNAM, INSEE VIETNAM, LAZADA VIETNAM, LG DISPLAY VIETNAM, ORIENT COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK (OCB), SAINT-GOBAIN VIETNAM, and VIETTEL GROUP. As for the Excellent Leadership Award 2023, it honors outstanding leaders or leadership teams in managing human resources across three categories: Inspirational Leadership, Human Development Leadership, and Breakthrough Leadership.
Updating Human Resources Trends in the First Half of 2023
Ms. Thanh Nguyen, the Managing Director and Inspirational Leader of Anphabe, made a distinctive appearance on the stage of the VIETNAM EXCELLENCE® 2023 conference. She presented an exclusive report titled "THE GAME CHANGER – CHANGING THE PLAYING FIELD." The report was derived from a regular online survey conducted by Anphabe in April and May 2023, with the participation of nearly 6,000 working professionals, along with in-depth interviews with 30 CEOs and 120 Human Resources Managers across 20 major industries. Ms. Nguyen shared a comprehensive perspective on the talent landscape in the first half of 2023, shedding light on the challenges that businesses have been facing.
