As part of the “Economic Trends 2025” series, ADP Group was proud to welcome MBA students from the Andrews Vietnam program for an immersive fieldtrip and strategic dialogue on the evolving landscape of business, design, and operational excellence.

Organised in collaboration with ACC Academy, the visit took place on May 18, 2025 at ADP’s head office in Ho Chi Minh City — bringing the MBA cohort into direct conversation with ADP's leadership team, including a workshop led by CEO Hoa Nguyen. The event highlighted ADP’s commitment to shaping the next generation of business professionals through real-world insight, workplace innovation, and knowledge sharing.

A Living Case Study in Strategic Design and Execution

The fieldtrip began with an exclusive tour of ADP’s own office space — a firsthand opportunity for students to experience how ADP applies its workplace design philosophy internally. The tour showcased how spatial strategy, brand identity, and human-centric thinking come together to create an environment that reflects the company’s core values and commitment to performance and well-being.

Following the tour, students engaged in a deep dive into ADP’s business operations, gaining insight into its real-world financial model and long-term strategic vision. As part of the program, a specialized workshop titled “Winning the Cost Control Game to Maximize Profit” was led by CEO Hoa Nguyen, offering practical guidance on cost management and operational efficiency in a complex market landscape.
