ADP has been honored with the Silver A’ Design Award 2024–2025 in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design category for the renovation of Manulife Plaza - Customer Service Center in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

When we partnered with Manulife Vietnam in 2024, our mission was to transform their Customer Service Center into more than a place of transactions. We wanted it to be a space where customers could feel Manulife’s values the moment they walked in: care, trust, and innovation.

Shaping Immersive Brand Experience

The new Manulife Customer Service Center was carefully designed to optimize functionality and efficiency. By reorganizing the traffic flow, we created a layout that ensures seamless navigation for both clients and employees. This intelligent approach not only enhances convenience but also fosters a workplace that feels more productive, welcoming, and truly aligned with Manulife’s commitment to care and innovation.

Commitment to Sustainability

From integrating greenery into the interior, to selecting sustainable materials and maximizing natural light, every detail was crafted to reduce environmental impact while enhancing customer experience. Despite challenges with the site and schedule, we saw every obstacle as a chance to innovate — to design a space where trust, well-being, and sustainability could coexist seamlessly.

International Recognition

The A’ Design Award, held annually in Italy, is one of the world’s leading design competitions. It celebrates projects that not only excel in aesthetics but also demonstrate cultural value, innovation, and the ability to solve real-world challenges.

Winning the Silver A’ Design Award not only highlights ADP’s commitment to human-centric design, but also our ability to deliver world-class projects with 100% Vietnamese team. This achievement also show the strong partnership with Manulife in shaping spaces that inspire trust and elevate the customer journey.
