ADP Workplace, the sole office interior design and construction company, has been recognized in the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2023 organized by Anphabe.
Specifically, ADP Workplace ranks 6th in the Construction – Architecture industry within the Medium Enterprises category and holds the 84th position in the overall Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam for Medium Enterprises.
The Best Places to Work in Vietnam award is an annual recognition organized by Anphabe, a pioneering consultant in Employer Branding and Happy Workplace Environment. The survey, conducted from April to September 2023, assesses the employer brand attractiveness of 752 businesses in the market, involving the opinions of 63,878 experienced employees across 18 industry groups.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoa, CEO of ADP Workplace, shared, "At ADP, we prioritize the 'Happy Work Experience' of our employees as the centerpiece of our human resources strategies and development plans. We firmly believe that a happy employee contributes to the happiness of our customers. Despite market challenges in 2023, the company continues to implement 'upgrades' to the work environment by renovating the Ho Chi Minh City office for increased flexibility and effective interaction, introducing new work settings, and utilizing ergonomic chairs to ensure employee health. Additionally, internal events aim to enhance cohesion and help employees reduce stress, with a special mention of the 'Special Day of the Month' to acknowledge individual or departmental achievements, inspiring work significance and values created for the company and the market."
With the goal of ensuring the physical and mental well-being of its workforce, ADP Workplace strives to create a balanced work environment, promoting efficient work with limited overtime.
