In a groundbreaking transformation, ADP has reimagined The Home Depot’s office into a nature-inspired, tech-driven workspace. This revolutionary design combines the organic beauty of natural wood grains with state-of-the-art technology and sustainable practices, creating an environment where employees can thrive.
ADP's approach was to make the office feel like home, inspired by Home Depot's story, "The home is where our story begins." The goal was to create an office space that reflects warmth, comfort, and well-being. In the hybrid working model, it's not just about choosing the right place to work; ADP also focuses on employee growth through collaborative spaces and welcoming cafeterias. This design promotes well-being, encourages interaction, and includes regular sports activities to keep employees mentally and physically fit.
Soundproof Conference Rooms
Optimal acoustic comfort for privacy and minimal distractions.
ADP’s design incorporates smart systems for lighting and temperature control, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing the environmental footprint. The emphasis on natural light and proper ventilation further supports a sustainable and comfortable workplace. The use of materials with transparent sourcing, reduced background noise, optimal thermal comfort, adequate ventilation, and minimized glare ensures an eco-friendly workspace.
The office includes a spacious reception area, fully equipped pantries, private offices, special areas for nursing mothers, and multifunctional rooms, highlighting a thoughtful approach to diverse employee needs.
The office stands out by incorporating Vietnamese elements. Traditional non la hats, pictures of iconic landmarks, and bamboo materials in the design provide a unique local flavor. The cafeteria embraces the 'DIY' ethos, featuring meticulously CNC-cut raw wood panels, adding a creative dimension to the project.
Collaboration areas and multi-function rooms are designed to be flexible, encouraging teamwork and interaction. Unique features like special chairs for working while cycling and spaces for large meetings or yoga sessions create a fun and engaging environment. Natural light surrounds different office areas, each serving a unique purpose, such as an open pantry with a Vietnamese touch, adjustable desks, an indoor bicycle area, a library made from sustainable packaging, and a nursery room.
The new office has been well-received, reflecting The Home Depot’s people-centric values. The open space and improved environment have energized the team, enhancing their passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. This project has underscored the value of collaboration and innovation, setting a precedent for future endeavors.
Join our inspirational journey to discover the possibilities of a workspace that elevates your organization to new heights. With ADP, you'll collaborate with our most experienced professionals who will work on your business, not just oversee it.
