ADP Completes Landmark Headquarters for Shinhan Bank in Ho Chi Minh City

The project saw ADP successfully deliver the design and build of over 10,000 square meters of space across 7 floors of The Mett building, one of Ho Chi Minh City's most prestigious office locations. Over a span of 80 days, ADP navigated a compressed timeline and the stringent technical requirements of the banking industry, delivering a project that reflects both Shinhan Bank’s values and ADP’s commitment to excellence.

This project is an important milestone in ADP’s growth, particularly within the Korean business community in Vietnam, demonstrating the firm’s ability to meet the exacting standards of major multinational corporations.

Given the unique demands of the banking sector—where security, operational efficiency, and specialized functionality are paramount—ADP developed customized design solutions for key areas within the headquarters. This included spaces such as the transaction hall, customer service zones, and cash handling and storage facilities, ensuring they met both operational needs and strict security protocols.

One of the most technically challenging aspects of the project was the design and installation of the vault, which can weigh hundreds of tons. ADP created an innovative solution that allowed the vault to be seamlessly integrated into the building's structure while maintaining both security and structural integrity.

Shinhan Bank’s new headquarters is located on the top floors of The Mett building, featuring an impressive 7.2-meter ceiling height that enhances the sense of openness and grandeur. This design choice not only creates a visually stunning environment but also contributes to a collaborative and inspiring workspace for employees.

A key feature of the headquarters is a multi-functional public area that includes a canteen, café, and a large stage for town hall meetings and corporate events.
