On Running Office – A Workplace in Motion

Beneath the architectural scale lies a celebration of local artistry. The design team chose traditional Bát Tràng ceramics and treated Đào wood not just for their visual warmth, but for their cultural resonance. These authentic, locally sourced materials imbue the space with a quiet strength—an expression of heritage that feels both timeless and modern. The result is a workplace that tells a uniquely Vietnamese story in a global design language.

Rather than dividing the office into silos, the layout is a seamless interplay of interconnected functional zones—a choreography of workstations, meeting areas, and collaboration spaces. This spatial openness invites conversation, fosters spontaneous interaction, and supports multiple working styles. It’s a place designed for people to connect, innovate, and thrive together.

Every design decision was made with intention. There is no ornament for ornament’s sake. Instead, form follows emotion and function, from the neutral material palette to the natural textures that soften the space. The result is an environment that feels focused and calm, yet alive with potential.

On Running’s new home is more than a workspace—it’s a statement of values. Simplicity, sustainability, and cultural consciousness are not add-ons; they are the foundation. In a city full of momentum, this office stands as a place to pause, connect, and keep moving—smarter, lighter, and together.
