As we commemorate Manulife's 25th anniversary in Vietnam, ADP is proud to present the newly transformed Manulife Customer Service Center. This project stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability.

Overcoming Challenges

The journey to creating this state-of-the-art, multifunctional space was not without its challenges. The original space was critically deteriorated, requiring a comprehensive redesign while respecting the existing architectural framework. Additionally, we faced a stringent timeline to ensure the center was completed in time for Manulife's milestone celebration. Despite these obstacles, our team delivered a remarkable transformation on schedule, showcasing our dedication and expertise.

A Vision of Immersive Brand Experience

Our design philosophy centered around creating an immersive brand experience that reflects Manulife's unique identity. We embraced a green palette, incorporating a variety of plants and trees to foster an inviting, eco-friendly environment. This not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also promotes a sense of well-being among clients and employees.

Smart and Efficient Space Design

The new Manulife Customer Service Center is designed to optimize functionality and efficiency. We reorganized the traffic flow within the space to ensure convenience and seamless navigation for both clients and employees. This intelligent design fosters a more productive and pleasant environment.

Multifunctional Cafeteria Space

One of the standout features of the new center is the multifunctional cafeteria. This space provides an ideal setting for Manulife staff to engage with customers or unwind with colleagues. It serves as a hub for social interaction, fostering a sense of community within the workplace.

In alignment with Manulife's commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies, we ensured that the new space promotes sustainable growth. The use of sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems underscores our dedication to reducing environmental impact. The incorporation of natural elements, such as abundant greenery, further enhances the sustainability of the space.
