LONGWELL Vietnam — Where Craftsmanship Meets Sportsmanship

A Vision That Moves
From the very beginning, Longwell set out to create more than just an office. Their ambition was to bring the culture of a global sports brand into their headquarters—a space that feels as dynamic and youthful as the products they help create. Drawing inspiration from Adidas’ DNA, the design concept “Stride over Stripes” was born. This idea combines the confidence of a bold step with the iconic imagery of Adidas’ three stripes, symbolizing progress and the relentless push beyond limits. Through fluid forms, open circulation, and vibrant energy, the design channels the belief that sports can change the world—making each space a celebration of movement and connection.

Designed for Growth, Built for Interaction
The Longwell office is carefully planned to support operational efficiency while nurturing collaboration. The layout includes a central executive zone for factory leadership, surrounded by a vibrant working environment where teams can thrive today and expand tomorrow. The workspaces support both focused individual tasks and spontaneous teamwork, blending privacy and openness with precision. A dedicated Adidas zone within the office reinforces the strong partnership between the two brands, creating a shared environment where identity and collaboration go hand in hand. Flexible areas such as the multifunctional court-inspired testing zone can be transformed into open meeting spaces, reflecting the adaptability needed in modern work culture. The café zone, located near the core, brings an added layer of informality, supporting social interaction and well-being throughout the day.

A Space That Tells a Story
The experience begins at the lobby, where the journey through space becomes a journey through identity. A mysterious pathway invites movement and curiosity, while the History Wall and immersive LED screen highlight Longwell’s legacy and vision for the future. The space doesn’t just welcome—it narrates. Every element, from the staircase to the display zones, is intentionally placed to connect past and future, product and people, brand and story. This is not just a reception area—it’s the front line of brand experience, designed to make an impression that lasts.

Mood and Materiality That Reflect a Global Identity
The materials used throughout the office evoke both clarity and creativity. Textures are industrial yet refined, echoing the factory’s manufacturing heritage while introducing warmth and modernity. In the working areas, open collaboration spaces are surrounded by clean lines and grounded palettes, infused with energetic touches that reflect the youthful spirit of Adidas. The café area softens the atmosphere with more relaxed tones and finishes, offering employees a moment of pause in an otherwise high-energy environment. Each design decision supports the feeling of forward motion—of being part of something bigger, bolder, and more global.

A New Standard for Factory Headquarters
With this project, Longwell redefines what a manufacturing headquarters can be. No longer hidden or purely functional, the factory becomes a stage for innovation and a symbol of pride. Together with ADP, Longwell has created a world-class workplace that reflects not only how people work—but how they connect, belong, and grow. It’s a powerful reminder that when design is aligned with purpose, even the most technical environments can become deeply human and inspiring.
