JustCo’s First Coworking Space in Vietnam

Located at Riverfront Financial Centre, a Grade A office building in Ho Chi Minh City, the JustCo – Level 19 project marks ADP Group’s first presence within this landmark development.

JustCo is an operator and developer of flexible workspaces across the APAC region, with a clear mission: to connect people, businesses, and ideas through intelligent, well-considered workspace solutions. At Riverfront Financial Centre, this philosophy is translated into a dynamic co-working environment designed to support diverse workstyles, seamless operations, and long-term adaptability.

ADP was engaged from the early stages of the project, taking responsibility for MEP technical design and the development of detailed room-by-room layouts. This early involvement allowed our team to work closely with the client to anticipate operational needs specific to a co-working model where flexibility, scalability, and efficiency are critical.

Every space was carefully planned to balance technical performance with user experience, ensuring systems could support high occupancy, frequent layout changes, and daily operational demands without compromising comfort or reliability.

Beyond the technical scope, the project reflects ADP’s capability to deliver high-quality custom-made elements that express local Vietnamese character while meeting international standards. Handcrafted details such as rattan lighting features and bespoke finishes to bring warmth and cultural nuance into the space, creating a distinct sense of place within a contemporary workplace setting.

These elements were executed with close attention to workmanship and durability, aligning aesthetics with long-term operational performance - an essential requirement for high-traffic co-working environments.
