Decathlon Office: Where Passion for Sports Meets Inspired Workspace
A Nexus of Sports and Collaboration
Beyond being a workplace, the Decathlon office is a space where individuals converge to exchange and share their love for sports. To echo this spirit across every corner, ADP has seamlessly integrated sports-themed decor into the office's design. From the reception desk to workstations and even the pantry, the office resonates with Decathlon's sporting fervor, employing imaginative elements such as bicycle-shaped meeting rooms adorned with inspiring posters and decals.
Fostering Fitness and Dynamic Vibes
Championing a culture of wellness, the office features an in-house gym where employees can nurture their physical well-being. ADP's color scheme of white, gray, and royal blue, coupled with exposed technical elements and metal frameworks, engenders a welcoming and expansive atmosphere. While embracing minimalist design, ADP has meticulously ensured that functionality remains paramount, with adaptable furniture enhancing collaboration and relaxation spaces, including versatile phone booths for focused discussions.
Open-Concept Agility and Sporting Inspiration
The Decathlon office embraces an open-concept layout, encouraging employees to interact, communicate, and collaborate with ease. Collaborative spaces and meeting areas are adorned with furnishings reminiscent of sports equipment, infusing a sense of vitality and renewal that fosters open dialogue. Through innovative design choices, ADP eliminates traditional partitions, utilizing transparent elements in meeting spaces to create a modern, expansive ambiance that mirrors Decathlon's dynamism.
A Visionary Workspace: Where Sports and Ambiance Converge
Within this visionary workspace, ADP harmoniously blends functionality with inspiration, crafting an environment that transcends its utilitarian purpose. As Decathlon continues to champion inclusivity in sports, its office stands as a physical embodiment of this commitment. A testament to the company's dynamic spirit and dedication to teamwork, the Decathlon office echoes its ethos, welcoming employees into a space where passion for sports and innovative design converge in perfect harmony.
ADP show their professionalism from the first client meeting to the final design. Their design team shows us that they understand Decathlon's core values and reflect them perfectly to our new office design.
