Cisco Vietnam – Creating the Universal Pathway

Cisco is globally known for powering digital infrastructure—from networking and cybersecurity to cloud services and collaboration platforms. This project represents their strategic vision in Vietnam: to establish a flexible, high-performance hub that not only empowers their teams, but also embodies the sophistication and intelligence of their solutions.

The concept behind the design, titled "Universal Pathway," draws inspiration from the cosmos—a space of infinite motion, soft curves, and boundless connection. This metaphor reflects Cisco’s role as a connector across systems, people, and continents. The entire office becomes an immersive representation of Cisco’s digital ecosystem, made tangible through form, material, and experience.

Situated on the 15A-F floor of TechnoPark Tower—an internationally certified LEED Platinum building—the office is carefully zoned to support hybrid working, technical operations, and collaborative innovation. It features a variety of work settings, including individual workstations, quiet rooms, small and large meeting rooms, touchdown spaces, and collaborative zones.

A key highlight of the plan is the open team/multi-purpose space, which serves as a flexible environment for workshops, brainstorming, or informal gatherings. Adjacent to this are dedicated quiet rooms, private phone booths, and high-tech conference spaces that ensure seamless communication and focus.

On the technical side, ADP integrated spaces like the specialty lab, comms room, and oven room, tailored to Cisco’s infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. These rooms are fully aligned with Cisco’s internal requirements, supporting everything from secure data handling to device testing and technical support.

The office is not only high-performing—it’s responsible. Housed in a LEED Platinum-certified building, it benefits from energy-efficient systems, optimal daylight access, and advanced sustainability features. Acoustic and ergonomic considerations also contribute to employee well-being, ensuring comfort, clarity, and productivity across the entire space.

The design takes on a futuristic, high-tech aesthetic, pairing smooth curves and dark tones with strategic lighting and subtle textures. It’s a space that doesn’t just support tech work—it feels like tech. From the conference rooms to the quiet pods, every detail reinforces Cisco’s identity as a global innovator and industry leader.

Flow and motion are also visually embedded throughout the office, with the spatial arrangement creating a sense of constant movement—mirroring how Cisco's systems work: flexible, resilient, and always connected. The tone is confident yet understated, futuristic yet human.

With this project, Cisco reaffirms its position not just as a global tech giant, but as a company deeply invested in local growth and innovation. In collaboration with ADP, they have created a space that balances technology and culture, agility and focus—a workplace that doesn’t just keep up with the future, but helps define it.
