In Vietnam, it supports manufacturers and brands across multiple industries to meet international compliance, quality, and sustainability benchmarks—accelerating innovation while protecting people and the environment.

The project features four specialized laboratory clusters, each developed in line with stringent international safety and operational standards:

• Chemical Lab (Chem Lab): Chemical testing and analysis.
• Softlines Lab (SL Lab): Testing for textiles, apparel, and footwear.
• Hardlines Lab (HL Lab): Product testing, including toys and furniture.
• GREENGUARD Lab (GG Lab): Product compliance and indoor air-quality evaluation.

These facilities embody precision, safety, and efficiency, reinforcing UL Solutions Vietnam’s leadership in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) landscape.

Beyond the laboratories, the office is designed with flexibility and functionality at its core. Welcoming reception areas, break & pantry spaces, small meeting rooms, and open-plan workstations create a dynamic flow that encourages productivity, connection, and inspiration.

The design embraces a modern spatial language that symbolizes progress and resilience. Clean lines, layered materials, and carefully considered details reflect the client’s forward-thinking identity. Acoustic treatments, ergonomic choices, and layered lighting balance energy with calmness—ensuring the environment adapts seamlessly to diverse work modes. Sustainability and human well-being were key priorities. Natural daylight is maximized, eco-friendly carpets and acoustic partitions enhance comfort, while the use of LEED Gold–certified building standards ensures high performance for both people and planet.
