ADP Ho Chi Minh × Space.s – Phan Thiet
From energetic teamwork to moments of celebration
The 3-day, 2-night journey to Phan Thiet began with dynamic team building activities on the beach. These challenges encouraged collaboration, trust, and creativity – qualities that mirror our everyday work at ADP.
The Gala Dinner that followed created an atmosphere of warmth and recognition. It was a time to reflect on shared achievements, celebrate dedication, and inspire the team to move forward with renewed energy.
This trip became more than a retreat. It was a reminder that when individuals come together, their combined strength creates momentum for growth, innovation, and lasting impact.

ADP Hanoi – Quang Binh
Amidst the lush forests and breathtaking landscapes of Quang Binh, ADP Hanoi engaged in outdoor team building activities that required resilience, strategy, and mutual trust. These experiences strengthened the bonds among colleagues, reinforcing the idea that every challenge can be overcome when we move forward together.
The Gala Dinner provided a meaningful close to the journey, allowing members to share stories, express pride, and deepen their sense of belonging to the ADP family.
For ADP Hanoi, the trip was not only a chance to rest, but also an opportunity to recognize the value of differences coming together – diverse personalities and strengths forming one cohesive and powerful team.
More Than a Trip
Both journeys reaffirmed what makes ADP special: a culture of collaboration, trust, and a shared vision. Company Trip 2025 offered more than time away from work. It renewed energy, strengthened relationships, and inspired everyone to continue striving for excellence on the path of “Shaping the Future.”

Together With ADP Group, Our Care Reaches Central Vietnam
When a Relief Journey Becomes Our Own Story For ADP Group (ADP x Space.s), this is not only a story about the people of Central Vietnam, it is also the story of our own team members whose families live in the heart of the flood zone, where daily life has been upended. Every call and every message from loved ones surrounded by rising waters made the spirit of solidarity feel more urgent and more heartfelt than ever. As soon as the news reached us, ADP proactively reached out, checked in, and listened to each individual case to understand the situation clearly. Immediate support was provided to help stabilize the families of our staff during this difficult time. At the same time, we began mobilizing our wider community, team members, partners, and contractors to support the affected areas and help local residents regain part of their lives after the floods. 280 Million VND – 13,000 Essential Items – Coming Together to Deliver Compassion After 10 days of fundraising, Space.s and ADP collected more than 13,000 essential items, including rice, dried food, cookware, hygiene supplies, notebooks, and school materials, which are carefully sorted and packed. These contributions amounted to 97 million VND from contractors and suppliers, alongside 183 million VND in cash drawn from ADP Group’s budget with additional support from our BOD and employees.
