Celebrating 19 Years of Adp Group: A Journey Beyond Limits

Under the theme WOW19 – Beyond Work, Defining WOW, this year’s anniversary activities not only honored past milestones but also carried forward the spirit of going beyond limits—one of the core values that has shaped the company’s culture and direction over the years.

Workshop: “No Borders – The Vietnamese Spirit Conquering the World”

The celebration began with a special internal workshop featuring guest speaker Thanh Vu, the first Vietnamese ultramarathon runner to conquer some of the toughest desert races in the world.

Under the theme “No Borders – The Vietnamese Spirit Conquering the World”, her inspiring stories highlighted resilience, mental endurance, and the courage to pursue bold goals—values that strongly resonate with ADP's journey over the past 19 years.

Internal Minigames and Award Ceremony

Ahead of the main event, ADP launched two internal minigames as a way to energize the team, promote well-being, and build excitement leading up to the company’s birthday week.

Minigame “19,000 Steps”, held from June 10 to June 15, encouraged employees to accumulate at least 19,000 steps in one week—promoting healthy habits and daily movement.

Minigame “ADP19 Map Run” invited participants to creatively map their running routes into the shape of “ADP19”, combining physical activity with team spirit and brand pride.

During the celebration on June 20, outstanding individuals from both challenges were recognized and awarded for their effort, energy, and contribution to the vibrant spirit of WOW19.

The 19th Anniversary Celebration: Connection and Appreciation

The event concluded with a warm and heartfelt anniversary party, where generations of ADPers came together to reflect on the company’s growth and shared achievements.

It was also a moment for the leadership team to express gratitude to all employees for their continued dedication, kindness, and perseverance—qualities that have empowered the company to make meaningful strides and reach new heights.

Together With ADP Group, Our Care Reaches Central Vietnam

When a Relief Journey Becomes Our Own Story For ADP Group (ADP x Space.s), this is not only a story about the people of Central Vietnam, it is also the story of our own team members whose families live in the heart of the flood zone, where daily life has been upended. Every call and every message from loved ones surrounded by rising waters made the spirit of solidarity feel more urgent and more heartfelt than ever. As soon as the news reached us, ADP proactively reached out, checked in, and listened to each individual case to understand the situation clearly. Immediate support was provided to help stabilize the families of our staff during this difficult time. At the same time, we began mobilizing our wider community, team members, partners, and contractors to support the affected areas and help local residents regain part of their lives after the floods. 280 Million VND – 13,000 Essential Items – Coming Together to Deliver Compassion After 10 days of fundraising, Space.s and ADP collected more than 13,000 essential items, including rice, dried food, cookware, hygiene supplies, notebooks, and school materials, which are carefully sorted and packed. These contributions amounted to 97 million VND from contractors and suppliers, alongside 183 million VND in cash drawn from ADP Group’s budget with additional support from our BOD and employees.
