ADP 2022 Year End Party - The Gen A Mashup

The Year End party of ADP is always an exciting event for all team members and our partners as well. We take this wonderful opportunity to together celebrate our achievements and great milestone during a hard-working year.

Not only at work, but our members also demonstrate their innovation and can-do spirit in every astonishing performance.  ADP Year End Party 2022 – The Gen A Mashup is the combination of all generations of ADP, from the Gen Z employees to the leaders and managers, who are together upgrading the Vietnamese working environment.

In 2021, ADP ended a year with “Great Gratitude” for all the hard work and scarification of all our employees, clients, and partners to together get through the pandemic. And in 2022, we would love to celebrate our Innovation Core Value that empowers ADP to truly be the Pioneer in workplace design and build. 45% of ADP employees are new, fresh yet full of energy and passion for interior design. 

Therefore, we decided to innovate our training and coaching system to be more attractive, practical, and suitable for the young generation. As a result, our new members with the guidance and support from the ADP leader and expert successfully handled the big project and got great satisfaction from our multinational clients.
